Sticker Sky
introduction
Reimagine marketplace
What is Marketplace?
A marketplace is a platform where vendors can come together to sell their products or services to a curated customer base
How does it work?
In a typical view, it is a platform on which buyers come to vendors to see the items being sold.
Among this mass of goods, the buyer needs to choose the right one, making his way through advertising.
What to change?
In the StickerSky platform, we change direction: vendors come to buyers, according to their specific wishes and needs, who have what the buyer needs.
The current situation
STEP 1
Nowadays, trade is 99% vendor-centred.
This means that the buyer comes to the vendor to find the product that he needs.
offline shopping
Buying online
For example,
- We go to a shopping centre to buy food. To do this, you need to go through all the goods and find what you need.
- Among hundreds of different products, on average, people buy about 13. Plus, they buy a few more products that were not originally planned.
- Despite the fact that many have a shopping list or at least a plan of what to buy in their head, it still takes extra time and money.
For example,
- We want to buy a phone and at the same time are non-specialists in this field.
- We start looking in search engines, after which we visit various online stores, compare models and prices, contact the stores to clarify details.
- We find the best option in our opinion and make the payment.
What is the result?
Buyer:

Vendor:

As you can see, this is not profitable: not only for the buyer but also for the vendor.

What to improve
STEP 2
Reduce unnecessary spending of money
Simplify the selection process
Reduce ad load
How to achieve it
STEP 3
The StickerSky platform can solve this by
changing the centre of the trading relationship.
It is necessary to turn the marketplace around and make the customer’s desire for the centre.
What does this mean?
At the centre of the deal between the buyer and the seller will not be the seller’s offer, but the buyer’s demand/desire. The buyer generates a list of what he needs, and StickerSky either shows him ready-made offers from sellers or saves this request and notifies the relevant sellers/suppliers about it.
How will it work?
STEP 4
1
The buyer goes to the StickerSky platform and creates a request for the desired products.
When placing an order, he sees tips for choosing the types of goods. The tips are formed based on the existing supply in the market and what other buyers choose more often.
For example, when choosing a phone, it will show which screen sizes are bought more often and which are more on the market.
2
After the order is formed, the buyer is invited to either see what is available on this platform or leave a request.
- If there are such goods that the buyer needs, then he can view them and edit the criteria. Select the desired one and order as in a regular online store.
- If there are no such goods, then an order is formed. This order will be sent to all sellers that match the selected product categories and price range.
3
As soon as one of the sellers is ready to offer his version of the product, he will be able to contact the buyer by sending him a notification with the proposed price.
If both are ready to shake hands, then you can confirm the deal and arrange the details of the delivery of the goods and payment for it.
